I am working for a non profit organisation in France. We manage the ".fr" namespace. We have been working on identification and discovery service for the IoT for the last 8 years with experiences in working with the supply chain and LoRa (Long Range narrow band spectrum). I have also been a part of the IoT expert group constituted in 2013 by the EC.
I would like to propose a subject on this R&I and am looking on how to submit a proposal and possible partners. Thanks for redirecting me to the appropriate place.
