Today cooperation of good guys against the brotherhood of hackers is fragmented rather than a principle. Too often companies and other entities are reluctant (for good reasons) to share security related information.
There’s a lot of fear surrounding artificial intelligence these days, and it’s hard to know what's warranted and what isn’t.
Flexibility and responsiveness is essential for Internet as a system. Without proper procedures for maintenance and without auditability, a system cannot be expected to be secure and reliable.
The internet needs to be extremely resilient and should be able to cope with many parts of the modern threat landscape.
